Mountain Elegance came to our rescue when it seemed that the pandemic hoped to leave us for months without furniture and linens!!! We are so fortunate to have stopped in on our way through Cle Elum! We recently built a home in Lake Chelan and had the pleasure of working with both Tina and Anna. They were both so amazing, sweet, responsive and helpful! Anna worked tirelessly through Mountain Elegance's many amazing vendors to find us all the right pieces for our new vacation home. Since we do not live nearby, she sent us spreadsheets with photos, prices and product links for our review. Our items actually came in in such a timely manner, that they were able to store them until all had arrived, and then arranged delivery to Chelan with their delivery team. Even the delivery team was fantastic and communicative. They were on time, efficient, and "gentle" with our new home and furnishings. To say the entire Mountain Elegance team went above and beyond for us, is an understatement... and always with a smile on their face (or in their voice), and a contagious positive attitude! They have furniture to match any aesthetic, so be sure to peruse their in-store inventory, as well as inquire about even more! I will 10 out of 10 work with this amazing group again! PS. The most comfortable sheets and pillows I've ever slept on... BUY THEM!!!

Tina with Mountain elegance was great! They staged our new home in Suncadia. Such a breeze to work with and awesome vision. The store in town has a ton of great furniture. 5 star
